Collection: Herbal Teas

Tea has long offered a quiet meeting place between people, plants, and the turning seasons. Across generations and cultures, leaves, flowers, fruits, and roots have been steeped in hot water for nourishment, comfort, hospitality, and the simple pleasure of pausing together.

Throughout the Old Grove, many of our tea botanicals are carefully cultivated and gathered, including goldenrod, lemon balm, spearmint, calendula, rose hips, dandelion, plantain, stinging nettle, yarrow, and mullein. Each plant is harvested with respect for its natural growing season, then thoughtfully dried and blended in small batches.

Although commonly called herbal teas, these caffeine-free blends are more precisely known as herbal infusions or tisanes. They carry forward the traditions of kitchen gardens, family remedies, and community herbal knowledge while embracing modern standards for ingredient identification, responsible preparation, and evidence-informed use.

Our blends unite the old with the new: traditional plants and familiar rituals, considered through the lens of contemporary botanical knowledge. Every cup is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the land, and experience the enduring relationship between plants and people.
